Or both? Both FA in a 10 man 1/2 pt PPR. Worth stashing both of them?

I grabbed both, if you can afford it do it and you will have a starting running back...drop the other once it’s decided who the starter is

Morris will get more carries, Breida will get all the passing down work

Nabbed Brieda - I’d have to drop James White or George Kittle for Morris... still considering

Grab whichever you can get. IMO Breida first

Considering Dez is not employed, I'd say yes

Thanks man - just saw your post in the other thread which tipped me to getting Breida.

I don't really believe that. Breida isn't a great receiver. He had some bad drops last year, and he came from a college system that didn't pass. Their skillsets overlap. Just because Breida is on the smaller side doesn't mean that he's a third down back receiver. He's a pure runner type unless he develops that extra skillset.

Ace beat reporter @MaioccoNBCS suggests Alfred Morris is now likely to open season as #49ers starting running back with Matt Breida "likely to be the backup."

They just cut Joe Williams too. They'll probably add another rb to the mix,so it'll be interesting to see this shake out. Think I'm sitting this one out and watching my league mates overpay for a murky situation.

I agree, I don’t think Morris can do it anymore. He couldn’t do shite when he was handed the job in Dallas last year

If Alfred Morris was still any good he wouldn’t continue to bounce around from team to team. He turns 30 this year.

Alfred Morris is the guy you will be debating on starting in your flex over Davonte Parker and Tarik Cohen when your good players are on bye.

Who knows what Breida will be.. but give me that unknown over Morris.

Morris averaged as many yards per carry last year as he did his first year in Washington when it was 4.8. The highest of his career.

Morris did that with the best offensive line in the league in a run first offense. Neither of those will exist in SF. Breida had 130 touches as a rookie backing up Carlos Hyde. He’ll get 200+ touches this season
