Rule Changes to Vote on
1. If an owner chooses to leave the league, he is permanently banned from the league from that point forward.
2. Create a minimum AB requirement each week (150 ABs?).
3. Eliminate the "or six starts" from the IP pitching requirement each scoring period, due to TB approach to starting rotations.
4. Make the minor league threshold for pitchers to also include a 50 game limit along with the current 150 IP limit.
These were potential rules suggestions made over the course of last year. Would anyone like to formally pursue them and begin discussions/voting?

We should get that voting going.
1. No unless someone destroys their team the way they did in that basketball league.
2. Don't care.
3. Fine with it being 35 innings flat.
4. Yes. The GP is needed.

1. I think it should be case by case. But their fate should be decided immediately.
2. I don't really understand this one. Is this to keep people from tanking?
3. No. I think this is a fad and will go away.
4. Fine with this.

1) No unless they were doing shady shite before leaving in which case the league wouldnt let them back in anyways. Dont think rule is necessary
2) No
3) I guess. Wouldnt want RPs getting starts being a determining factor in key FSBDL matchups down the road. I can see the 15 pages of bitching & complaining now if it factored in a playoff game.
4) yes

We can go ahead and eliminate voting on the first two now. It's obvious that they won't pass.

1. Don't see the need for a rule, don't we all technically have to approve new owners anyway? If someone left on shady terms we just wouldn't approve.
2. Nay.
3. I'm good with just the IP requirement.
4. Abstain.

I think the spirit of the rule is to make people second guess bailing.

It's not, but there sure is a lot of chatter about it. Would be surprised if it wasn't true.

1. How about, if you leave you can only be re-admitted by unanimous vote of the owners.
2. Nay.
3. Yay, just a minimum IP.
4. Nay.

Polls for the last two amendments have been posted on the website. Please vote ASAP. Thanks.

1. No
2. Yes.
So everyone seems alright that another team could benefit from playing a bad team who doesn’t bother to fill an active roster with daily AB and getting an easy week? Inactivity creates an imbalance in H2H leagues. Holding down starting roster spots with a player who’ll receive 250 AB is a loophole to hang onto younger players if you’re a cellar dweller. It’s dead. People seemed confused on it so i wanted to throw out some examples.
3. Yes.

What would be the penalty for not having 150 ABs per week?
