Start Ekeler still ? Should I play Aaron Jones @ Dallas in that spot until their backfield situation becomes clear ?

17 man ( well 13 now) Guillotine 1pt ppr

I only have Ekeler, but i will start him until he proves me wrong. Been hearing reports that it will be an even split this week, but i think both him and Gordon put up good numbers in that offense

My situation is weird though. In this guillotine league I have Cmc, zeke, Aaron jones, ekeler, and Gordon

I'll start cmc and zeke in the rb spots. I've been flexing ekeler but now with Gordon in the mix I wonder if I should roll Aaron Jones until LAC gives me some clarity.

I still like Ekeler till proven otherwise. I also agree that both Ekeler and Gordon can eat in that offense.

Ekeler has always been a flex option even with Gordon there. He will get his touches. I think Ekeler will be the starter there for the next few years and is still gonna be showcased this year to make sure he can handle it

I’m assuming this isn’t for your RB1 spot but looking back to last year, eckler was a solid play most weeks even with Gordon playing.

Fast forward to this year, eckler has been the man in that offense. Fire eckler up, the coaches aren’t going to just give all the work load over to MG.

I wouldn’t be surprised is they put Eckeler in the slot a few times and have Gordon at RB - they are so slim on pass catchers.

This week, Ekeler is probably still the guy, and even Flex worthy ROS. I think the Chargers get what they can out of Gordon and part ways at the end of the year. He is clearly talented and a very capable 3-down back. No sense in giving Ekeler more touches than necessary if he is in the long-term plans. I think everyone has a good idea of what he can do by this point.
