there is free agency. But when you use a waiver claim you go to the back of the line

continually rolling- move to back of the line when you complete a waiver claim. It does not reset each week. It "rolls" all year

I hate waivers in general.

I hate that communist shite. Hey if your team sucks we'll help you. Hey if you pick up people and take care of your team and your needs we will penalize you to where you can't take care of your team for a few weeks.

That is what I do. I don't see how this setup hampers you from doing that. You don't have to waste a waiver slot if you pick up the D/ST after they come off waivers (which is usually Tuesday)

I know that, I'm saying from my experience a lot of people do the same thing. So if you were to wait until they became free agents, no one worth a shite would be left. Maybe less people do that here, but in the leagues I've been in everyone has the same idea and the defenses with good matchups go to the top 4 in the waivers.
