yeah, i know. I meant that the scraps could be fought over and waivers used as to reorganize the waiver system prior to the draft "technically ending"
but now that I look at it...no one would use a waiver for any of these...nevermind

What do you think has made people change their minds since the draft to where they'd prefer Gates to their early round picks when they had 3 and in some cases 4 cracks at Gates in the draft?
