And if so, when?

Let’s say a 10 or 12 person draft, when would you take Dez?

Honestly would not pick Dez in any round this year even if he was signed, so I really don't want him as an unsigned FA knowing that when/if he gets signed it'll be weeks before he's worth thinking about, and even then not a very exciting start anymore.

If you're really interested, pick him up on waivers or as a last couple of rounds flier if he's still around. As for me, I'd pick an extra defense first (OK not really but I'm trying to show how much I hate Dez as a fantasy asset at this point).

I don’t think I could even justify burning a bench spot in my keeper league for him all season, but I suppose that’s the only scenario in which I’d take him.

I wouldn’t, it is a waste of a spot. I would rather take a flyer on some big home run threat with my last pick before a kicker and D

I’m not wasting a pick on him.
1. I don’t trust him to put himself in a good situation.
2. He’ll need time to get up to speed and learn the offense.
3. He’s an underachiever.

My mocks have been playing out where, if Dez is there in the 12th, I take him. Big risk but if he signs somewhere he's a WR3 minimum with WR2 upside. I'll take that in the 12th round all day. In most of my mocks he's already gone by then though.

So, if he's there in the 12th I'm gonna take him.

League's bigger than 12 teams, worth a late flier. Otherwise, no

It definitely gets interesting if he ends up in Foxboro, but he'd still have a long way to go in learning the playbook.

Belichick isn't exactly the type to just throw someone out there and say "hey don't worry about the play call just run this route and we'll get you the ball."

A fading talent, has to find a team with a favorable depth chart, then learn a new offense on the fly, develop chemistry with a new QB..

Given that he turned down Baltimore, didn’t take the saints call, my gut tells me Dez doesn’t actually want to play football this season.

What’s the reason he isn’t signed anywhere yet?
Is he an expected kneeler?

So obviously drafting Dez would have been a bad idea. But with reports he may sign with the Saints, who is picking him up?

I’m in a 12 team league and I had Flacco on my bench, so I picked him up just in case.

I was gonna pick him up just for the hell of it, but someone else in my league had the higher waiver priority
