Looks like ACL. Sucks for us Cook owners but that whole offense is toast. Diggs/Theilen owners have to be concerned as well

It's a league settings thing. You can turn on waivers in yahoo. Talk to your league commissioner about it, thought it's too late to do anything about it this year.
