What is his value in a PPR League going forward with the news of Bell getting signed to the Chiefs? Does Bell take on a complimentary role with CEH the main option or will this be a full time share in the backfield now?

No idea, but as a Bell owner, I'm rejoicing in the news and hoping to move him to the CEH owner or someone hungry to bite on the news.

My guess 60/40 CEH.

Shady was averaging double touches. But CEH is better than what Shady was competing with. But also Bell is better now than Shady was.

Bell is washed up. I expect him to take Williams snaps and not much more

Nah. Bell will probably get some passing down and short yardage work.

15-17 opportunities each game for CEH. 10-12 for Bell.

Honestly he probably does get the redzone work bc he is a bigger back and that isn’t CEH strong suit so that will hurt

Last year KC RBs averaged 24.6 touches a game. So far this year 24.2, with CEH getting 19.6 of those

And there you have it. Obvious hit to CEH fantasy value and massive boon to Bell’s. Even half the role in KC is worth much more than all of the NYJ role. Both now RB2 / high end flex types.

If @LeVeonBell opened the season as the No. 1 RB in Kansas City (w/o Clyde Edwards-Helaire), he would have been a top-20 pick in fantasy drafts. Adam Gase brought him down in N.Y. CEH now more of a RB2, Bell could have standalone FLEX value. He'll get his share of touches.

Two big areas CEH struggled in:

1. Short yardage - downs of 3 yds to go: 5 for 14 (36% success rate) - from 3 yds or closer to goal line: 0 for 7 (eww)

2. Pass blocking - really wasn't given much of a chance, just 8 pass block reps this season. Le'Veon much better there.

So 14-16 for CEH and 9-11 for Bell.

Bell is a perfect fit there. He will shove with the opportunities he gets

46% of CEH production in PPR has been pass catching. Already teetering on falling off RB1 territory without Bell.

I'm starting them both, every week. Not even going to try to give a frick.

ETA: I'm dropping the goddamned handicap though.

Couldn't agree more. Best landing spot for Bell fantasy and reality, not good know at all for Clyde fantasy wise. He will be able to learn a ton from Bell though in reality.

I think Miami would’ve been the best bc he would’ve seen more volume

I think we see most of his points come via the air and TDs with KC. Which will prop him up despite the lack of bell bow volume

If this doesn't result in at least 30 points a game for me, I'm either putting my whole team on the trade block or quitting.

I have CEH. Should I try to trade for Bell? Or should I wait it out to see what their roles are?

I don't fricking know.

I won't touch CEH again though. He hasn't been more than an RB2 with upside.

CEH hasn't been the great fantasy back he was thought to be. Bell is anything but washed up. He'll force himself into that lineup and take over majority of the work before the season is over.

What exactly is this based on? Just because the jets suck doesn’t mean a guy who hasn’t been a major fantasy contributor since 2017 is ready to rock.

He was RB16 in PPR last year despite playing in the league’s worst offense, being misused by the league’s worst coach and running behind a bottom 5 OL unit

I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt. The last time we saw him on a non jet team 17 games ago, essentially a season’s worth of games, he had 400+ touches, nearly 2k yards and 11 TDs
