Cam newton trade value

I have Tom Brady and cam rides the bench. Wanna trade him for a solid rb preferably. Thoughts?

If someone is in need of a QB you should be able to get a player like Hillis or CJ2K for him.

At this point in the season he has to be worth consideration as a top 5 QB. It is too far gone for him to be a fluke or he will hit the rookie wall. He is clearly the entire Carolina offense.
The only QB's i would rather have are Brees, Brady and Rodgers at this point.
I would grade him at that level.
As far as what you can get that is a different question. It will depend on how your league scoring works and what the teams who need QB are willing to give up.

I can't argue with you about this call, but for me it would be hard to take a new guy like Cam over someone like Brees. Basically i am buying Brees's career performance vs Cam's performance over 8 games.

Right now with the way Cam is playing he has to be considered a top grab.

Brees is the 2nd highest overall scorer in fantasy behind Rodgers. He's averaging 28 points a game. 2 more a game than Cam.
he's been a top 5 fantasy player the past few years
he has one cold weather game remaining on the schedule
he actually plays on a team with weapons
So yeah.. Brees all day
not that Cam is bad. the fact that he was undrafted in most leagues makes his value out of this world. he's just not as good as brees.

Cam is a stud, but I will take Brees any day. The only QB I would take above Brees is Rodgers.
I would take the elite three for sure over Cam. I would probably take Vick over him. I would consider guys like Ben and Rivers (praying he turns it on).

Now Cam hasn't had an off week but currently, Newton is 1 and has a shot to finish that way if Rogers has the home field sewn up by playoff time. He could sit after playing a half or so.

Rodgers also puts up 25 points in the first half, so that is a non-issue.
Rodgers is clearly the #1 QB in fantasy now and going forward. You would be delusional to argue otherwise.

Not arguing Rogers vs Newton. I'm talking Newton vs Brady. I'd take Rogers over CM. Rogers is definitely 1, I was just saying point wise in my league Cam is 1st. Not saying he's better so don't act like I did.

If i was you I would trade Brady. He has a sexier appeal and will draw you better players. I also have complete confidence that cam will keep par with brady all season.
