Hey Swamie, Lester Earl should be in 8 slot and Frat 9, both got bounced in first round of playoffs but Frat had both more wins and total points unless I'm missing something?

Hes posted several pages back sharing interest, in 2 other dynasty leagues with me and very active.

Picks 8-14 are determined by how they finished in the playoffs. I dont think record or total points play a role in that. So determining picks 8 & 9 would come down to round 1 playoff scoring. Whoever scored the least amount of points in that round gets pick 8.

I say get him and tubby into teams ASAP

Okay, Here are my thoughts.

I think we find the 3 teams, we may even have them already. We hold a draft soon to distribute the players to these teams (As stated earlier CMac, Hill, Kittle, Hopkins are all there). We would need to decide if this draft would be snake or not).

We COULD do like other leagues have done in the past, and say that whoever picks #1 in the supplemental draft would get the worst draft situation (LE - No 1st, and later of the round?) We could also hold a random lottery and whoever is number 1 can pick their draft slot, 2 after that. Assign pick situations to each supplemental draft slot.

I personally do not want to cut down starters. I built my team through trades these past two years to become deeper. There were times this year that I was sitting a Drake, Kirk, Hooper.

As far as the roster. I also don't see an issue with the size. We have had some really good players come from the waiver wire. Not many, but some. Build through the draft or make some damn moves.

Summary as far as I know.....

Dirt Dogs, Deebz, and Lester are gone so its 3 replacement teams and we have the owners in Tubby, Metalmat, and Bama. Maybe Thom should collect a down payment for a retainer to prove commitment from those 3 before draft?

Sounds like in charter we are to dump all of players from those 3 teams into a pool and have a draft between those 3 teams. Probably should be randomized for order. Snake vs. non-snake needs to be specified. I made the case against snake as it makes it less about drafting against other teams strategically since there is scarcity of position with only 3 teams.

We also have to determine who inherits what draft situation as some picks are gone. I own Lester's 1st and Deebz 2nd, and Swamie owns Deebz 1st. Deebz owns TTT 3rd. So Dirt Dogs owns all 4 picks and then Lester's situation is slightly better than Deebz since he owns his 2nd (Deebz has 2 3rds but one is 13).

I think 1st pick should get worst draft situation (Deebz) as theyll land Mccaffery and 2nd pick should get 2nd worse (Lester) as they'll land Hopkins. Third gets Tyreek and will pick again 6th but gets their 1st round rookie pick as a concession (fairest way I can think of). Since its random draft order I dont see a problem with this.

Beyond that, a few agreed with sleeper but we haven't voted or found consensus . I'm on board for 2 reasons: keeping track of trades sucks currently and communication is poor as there is no group chat which is biggest problem IMO.

1. Your proposal is as good as any for the dispersal draft and rookie draft. It’s an imperfect situation so no solution will be perfect.

2. Fine with moving to sleeper

3. Getting a financial commitment from the 3 makes sense, but I don’t think it has to be much. We’re all kinda on the honor system anyway
