Well shite. Yeah, not very fair to the Thoms of the league to have bottom dwellers get high draft pick in rookie draft and then be able to grab CMC or Tyreek in a second draft.

I would prefer having one draft for this reason. Yeah the bottom dwellers will get a ringer like CMC but it will push talented rookies down the board to the playoff teams.

Also in favor of moving to a hybrid system. head to head matchups promote trash-talking and side bets, both of which I believe increase engagement.

I'll think on it. But there probably isn't a truly fair option for everyone, and it's hard to see which would be the least unfair.

For example, people who traded away what ended up being early first round picks wouldn't have done so if they knew that they were trading away the chance to get an elite player. Myself and whoever has Deebz team would probably be the most affected by that.

Also DVH gets a shot at 3 of those elite players if we do the 1 draft method because he's accumulated the picks. I guess we could do what gyno suggested and limiting one of the disbursement players to each team. That might be the most fair. Idk.

But I don't want to be greedy, so I don't want to push too hard one way or the other.

Actually, I think I made a mistake in how this should be done. If deebz is not coming back then it would be DD's team being given to the new member because his is clearly the best team of the ones being left. Then we only need to worry about Hopkins being the only elite player being redistributed. Which I think should be a little more palatable.

I guess the question there then is if Deebz is in fact leaving because he is listed as on the fence in our list.
