Best places to get fantasy updates?

I only use ESPN and sometimes rotoworld, does the board have any "inside sources" that may come out faster than ESPN? Or apps or websites that show snap count and coach's quotes?

As stated above the board is a very good source.
A lot of us watch the games on tv / streaming sources and we keep up with who may have been injured in a game and then you know to check back a day or two later to see how the injury is coming along.
You can check the sports sites, but sometimes just searching a particular player will lead to more in depth information, like a local sports news source in the area.

I'll do you one better, get a Twitter and follow certain beat writers and such and set it so you get alerts on your phone. It's faster than sleeperbot and those extra 2 minutes or so could give you time to make moves before anyone else.

I'm just gonna let you do some research on that. Can't give away all the secrets 
. Main ones would be the general NFL reporters like Schefter, Rapaport, etc. Just google beat writers of each team. Not hard to find these people.

I use Team Stream from Bleacher Report. You can enter in your player in the Fantasy Stream and any news on those players automatically shows up. You can get notifications too.
