Chargers RB Austin Ekeler (hamstring) returned to practice Friday. It was his first practice of the week, just 48 hours before the Chargers are scheduled to square off against Washington in their season opener. Ekeler had logged individual drills and rehab off to the side to this point of the week but, as it stands, has a terrific chance to be on the field for Week 1. Though the seriousness of his injury is unclear, Ekeler is a strong mid-RB1 for fantasy if active.

We expect Javonte to come out and play it at a high level, much like say Saquon did as a rookie.”

Man he looked really, really good here. Good vision, decisive and runs hard.

RB Austin Ekeler practiced today limited. The team has listed him as questionable for Sunday’s game against WFT.

The Colts and RB Nyheim Hines have agreed to a 3-year, $18.6M extension with $12M guaranteed, his agents @ed_waz & @J_App10 tell ESPN. The $6.2M/year in new money per year makes Hines one of the top 10 highest-paid RBs in the league and ties him to Indy through 2024.

Came to post this. You’d have to be more concerned as a Taylor owner and more optimistic as a Hines owner now.

Colts gonna feed their investment like they did last year. Good for Taylor’s health and long term production, maybe not his fantasy production.

Follow the money. Would that make anyone else a little nervous about being a Taylor owner?

Not in .5 PPR or standard. I think it limits his use in the passing game though.

Why

I think he’ll play the same role as last year.

Only thing that may hurt JT is game script which we can make a case for any starting RB aside from CMC and AK

If he's on your WW definitely grab him. We've already heard they want him more involved and that was before the monster payday.
