Wish they were more specific with Campbell's injury.

Let's make it even more murky...

Source says it's an MCL injury for Colts WR Parris Campbell. Initial report was a PCL.

Now they're saying it's an MCL.

Beat me to it.

Hopefully we find out more as the week progresses. This is one of the reasons that I like that our waivers don't go through until Wednesday night/Thursday morning. We get an extra day of practice and injury reports.

At least one of my hype trains is coming to fruition.

O'Brien on what's up with Will Fuller:

"I really don't know." Thanks Bill!

49ers INJURY UPDATE QB Jimmy Garoppolo - high ankle sprain waiting to see how he feels not too serious

RB Raheem Mostert - MCL/knee sprain likely out this week

Sounds like good news on both.
quote:

49ers’ RB Tevin Coleman is expected to miss “multiple weeks” with the knee injury he suffered Sunday, per source. So 49ers are expected to be without Coleman and Raheem Mostert on Sunday at the Giants.

Well shite even the handcuff is hurt.

Joe Judge wouldn't disclose much in terms of Sterling Shepard's injury but my understanding is that he's dealing with turf toe and likely to miss this week's game vs. 49ers. They will then take it from there. May only be a one-week injury.

Mostert was looking like a strong "league winner" candidate in my flex. Can't believe his ADP was at low as it was.

I've got James Robinson to plug in during his absence, just need Raheem to get completely healthy and hope they don't rush him back and have this nag him all year. His long speed is elite elite

I'm in the exact same boat with Mostert and Robinson. I actually picked up Tevin Coleman Saturday morning as insurance when I had to put Philip Lindsay on IR. I just kinda laughed when Coleman got hurt too.

I don't take that trade unless your league pays out 4th place.

You take that trade and I don't think you can win the league, and you're trading for a guy with a sketchy injury history. You shouldn't go 0-6 without CMC. Play to win the league. I've seen 7-6 squads make the playoffs.

Kareem Hunt and a seasoned Dobbins to go with CMC is a dangerous team late in the year.

I'm only listening to guys in the 10-20 range if i'm the CMC owner. Drake, Ekeler, Jacobs if he struggles tonight, Chubb, Carson, Taylor. Those guys would get my attention. Connor doesn't do it for me.

Also keep in mind that CMc is a freakish athlete and 6 weeks is probably the high end of the time missed.

Basically I think you will net more points playing the guys you have now + Mccaffrey second half of season than you would the guys you have now + Connor ROS.

Look at the schedules too. Titans, Eagles, Ravens, Jags are all coming up for Pittsburgh and either have already performed great against the run so far or have the pieces in place to do so

To add to that last thought...
quote:

Panthers’ RB Christian McCaffrey was told he he’ll miss four to six weeks with his high ankle sprain, but he’s hoping for less. “That’s a challenge to me,” McCaffrey said. “And I'm gonna attack it, like I attack anything else."

Sort of like Saquon last year.

Hopefully mostert is only out 1 week. He’s been a stud as my “3rd” RB the first two weeks.

Turf toe to a WR...has there ever been a WR that was our only 1 week with turf toe. Isn’t that what killed Adam’s fantasy season last year?
