Best case scenario if you own Conner/Snell is that Conner just goes down for the season. This on and off injured BS makes them both bench material because you can't start either with confidence.

Certainly isn't ideal news, is it?

If they were to sign him how do you think that plays out? Freeman didn't exactly look good last year and it took this long and still no one has signed him. Jags passing on him was surprising considering their RB situation. I'd imagine Sanders value would take a hit but would it be that substantial?

I don’t want it either, that’s why I’m trying to sell.

I honestly have no idea. I added him for $1 on Wednesday just to see what would happen. I’m not really expecting much, but for a dollar I thought I’d take the risk and see what happens for a week or two.

I think just seeing that a team is looking into signing Freeman would give me some pause that Philly sees Sanders as a true workhouse back.

I picked Freeman up off waivers this week. I’ll hold onto him awhile to see how things shake out
Golladay out again, looks like I’m rolling with Hollywood/fuller

Good music selection there. I like both of those songs.

I was thinking it was more of potential move for depth and to add a veteran presence. Sanders looked great last year so I would think he'd still be the guy and that Freeman would be insurance in case the hammy injury lingers. I'd imagine Freeman becomes the handcuff over Boston Scott though.

Boston Scott went down in flames game 1. Fantastic example of not basing decisions solely on ESPN projections.

I didn't watch the game but figured the poor rushing attack and Wentz getting sacked 187 times was due to them missing 3 starters on the O-line and Washington's beastly D-Line.

True. I guess it was less of an attack on him and more an attack on paying attention solely to projections.
ETA: I’m fighting the nudge to look at them this wk, playing two WRs projecting quite a bit lower than my benched WRs.

Wasn't a matter of projections. It was a matter of opportunity.
Eagles turned in five straight top 7 RB finish to end the season last year, mostly Sanders but Scott as well in Week 17.
Plus the Eagles were thin at WR. So you figure he'd have been more involved in the passing game.
All the ingredients were there to start him over some of the other options that were there. Just didn't work out.

On the matter of projections... help me understand tiered rankings. Maybe I’m not clear on how they work.
For example: McLaurin has a potentially tough matchup yet is tiered far higher than my starters, Diontae and Campbell. Why do ECRs which factor in heavily not adjust more?

I'm a little concerned about McLaurin and been thinking of starting Parris Campbell instead. I hate to give up on McLaurin after one week though.
