He has never said "Congress shouldn't certify" as an absolute position. He's recently made those comments with a qualification that fraud is present (and it won't be, so this is puffery).
That is not what the clip from February says, either. That piece was a melt over the USSC and political puffery regarding disqualification (not decertification)

This is fraud by MAGA/GOP participants, not the DEMs.
Raskins' example was the "find me the votes" example from GA in 2020. I don't think anyone on here will claim that was Trump engaging in fraud.

Fair enough.
Though I wouldn't say it's an impossibility that Raskin or Dems would contrive something if they thought they could get away with it. In other words, sometimes all you need is the right people to scream fraud and it becomes reality despite the evidence presented.
Dems impeached Trump twice on made up shite. There is precedent for their tactics.
