If Trump wins, this will be the final play of the Dems to try and keep him out of office.
It banned those who “engaged in an insurrection” against the United States (talking about the Civil War) from holding any civil, military, or elected office without the approval of 2/3s of the house and senate.
This is why the left keeps referring nonstop to Jan 6th as an “insurrection.”
