If you want someone to win, you typically don’t vote against him.

Also, Colorado is supposed to pledge its delegates to the winner of the popular vote. So a vote for Trump in LA is also a vote for Trump in CO.

This is happening right now more than it has happened through any third party. Are you blind or just ignorant?

It is not happening. We will still grow the deficit, still fund Ukraine.

If it were happening you would see changes in voting patters for Re0ubs in congress..

This exactly. Trump is far from a Romney/McConnell Republican. The party has changed to common sense populism that wants individual freedom, strong borders, peace through strength and equal trade.

Because your line of thinking is flawed.

You’re going to vote for a third party candidate, who by your own admission you disagree with on almost every issue except one, all in some attempt to “stick it to the man?”

You then stated that DJT is going to win Louisiana anyway. If that’s the case, what makes you think your drop in the bucket vote will put fear into anyone in either of the two major parties.

This post reeks of “give me attention.”

It makes a difference to him. Thats all that should matter.

We are supposed to vote our conscious, but the only two viable parties make that hard.

Within 6 months MAGA will be cursing Republicans yet again, and wondering why nothing ever changes. This is why.

I do understand your point but with the popular vote potentially in play your vote DOES count

I voted third party in 2016 and 2020 because I knew that Trump was going to win Louisiana.

I wanted Jill Stein to run again in future elections, and I wanted Kanye to piss off some plantation overseers.

Missions accomplished.

This go around, I’m voting Trump, despite Louisiana being decidedly in the fold.

Why?

Optics.

I’m tired of hearing about the popular vote.

TLDR

Trump is picking up a vote today from me to make the Dems look (one vote) weaker.

You should make it two.

How do you send a message to Republicans if we just rubber stamp everything?

If Trump has a state wrapped up, the "protest" vote is valid.

It still doesn’t change the fact that if the entire initiative of voting for that Jill Stein lady is to put fear into the elites and to stop deficit spending, even though he disagrees with every other position she holds, she would seem like a poor candidate to vote for. He asked why we think it’s dumb for him to do that.

If he said, “im voting my conscious”, fine do what you want. But if he wants to know why his logic is flawed, that’s the answer.

Winning the popular vote would be a huge message to the leftist.

But if you’re hell bent on pissing your vote away on a pipe dream then so be it.

Our country needs a 3rd party. The elites of the big two need to have the fear of losing their game (and fortune) to those who don't participate in the UniParty.

The establishment GOP hates Trump. The whole MAGA movement is the opposite of rubber stamping the Republican agenda.
