Change schools. Even if you have to borrow money to do it. Or home school. My youngest just got out of HS and I came to realize that government control of education is intrinsically evil. This is where the serious early brainwashing takes place.

Set up a meeting with the principal, the teacher and yourselves to discuss. Prepare well for their defenses. Emphatically state that you will not tolerate biased propaganda on your child and will seek legal council if it occurs again.

If I talk to her, how do I know she won't retaliate and take it out on my kid? Kids are easily manipulated. I am not satisfied until she is placed on leave or fired.

Just ask to speak to her. And then tell her that it's immature for a kindergarten teacher to go on rants about politics in class. I was in elementary school when Clinton was elected, and I don't recall my teacher acting foolish. She's not a liberal arts professor, she's a kindergarten teacher.
