I'm still baffled that a rust belt strategy worked

I could not be more proud of the fine hardworking folks in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania
Just stunning

As I said in another thread, You can only rob people and call them a racist for so long.

Bill Clinton doomed Hillary Clinton when he signed NAFTA.

i said months ago it was a risky strategy but a bold one. it worked to perfection
the best part is that it really does eliminate the "racism" angle from the discussion
the most ironic part is that Hillary Clinton was basically undone by the campaign strategy of Bill Clinton in 1992 (it's the economy, stupid)

I didn't feel like it was a "strategy." The man actually cares about Americans. I think his campaign was unconventional because it was built on him doing his best to do right by Americans. That was how he was able to reach so many people.
I'm not foolish, there was strategy involved, but it was natural for him in how he approached things

As the 4chan Trump insider said, the brilliance of the strategy is that a vote-rigging operation takes time to set up. Hillary and the DNC never saw losing the rust belt as a realistic possibility, so they weren't ready with infrastructure to steal it there.

As cheesy as this was, I knew it would draw support when it happened.

I agree.
Fricker went into the heart of America and gave people a renewed hope. And I honestly I believe he will deliver

When your message is that people like Hillary are responsible for creating conditions that ship your job to Mexico and you up shite creek, the people in those states listen. It's called the rust belt for a reason.

Trump won because (1) black voters didn't turn out like in 2008/2012 and (2) the midwest union vote went GOP
it's stunning

Oddly enough, Michael Moore called this.

I'm not surprised at all. They're conservative whites just like the South. Only difference that bound them to Dems was the unions
Posted on 11/9/16 at 1:55 pm to Mr.Perfect
Like I've always said, the rust belt is the south of the north.
Posted on 11/9/16 at 1:55 pm to Mr.Perfect
It's really not rocket science.
The strength of the Unions has been absolutely destroyed by the loss of jobs, largely to China and Mexico.

Both Obama and Hillary campaigned in Michigan the day before the election i.e. the day before yesterday.
