I've never understood this either. He's been the most pro-gay GOP nominee ever that made it down the end of the big dance. I guess kasich is in the boat as well. But that's about it.

They don't really have anything other than brining up Pence (who does have some old school shitty beliefs on this)...but Trump isn't going to touch this at all. Gay marriage is settled and done as a federal issues, all on the states now.

So many people have been swayed by far left media to think that all Reps/conservatives legitimately hate blacks, gays, latinos, women, etc. Trump's particularly bold style makes that easier for them to believe.

Yet, I still get (I'm not fricking kidding) an 'apology' to all gay, queer, transgendered etc., for 'allowing this to happen' from my, obviously, quite liberal friends.
I won't tell them this, but their wailing and gnashing of teeth makes me so, so happy.

I was thinking the same thing the other day. The dens and the MSM perpetuated the myth that DT was racist, hated women and just plain mean. I never heard him address the LGBT community except as you said.

He did bring up perhaps stacking SCOTUS to overturn Obergefell v. Hodges.
But I don't think he will do that. I think that was just pandering to the base.
But Pence is genuinely anti-gay.

He even held up a rainbow flag at a rally, but they apparently think he's gonna put them into one of those religious "make me not be a queen" programs I guess.

The LGBT folks are no different from anyone else that is defined as a useful idiot. You're either indoctrinated when you're young or you're not. People can be reprogrammed and that's what the next 8 years are about.
