Headed to the Coast this weekend since our side of the border is still a Covid no fun zone. Looking to bar/restaurant hop and watch games Saturday afternoon in the Downtown Gulfport area and dinner at either Half Shell or Rack House. Any recommendations? Also, is Uber or Lyft running on the Coast?

Seems there is many more choices in Bay St Louis. Why are you limited to Gulfport?

Staying a mile or so from the downtown area, already done the BSL/OS area many times and looking to try out some new places.

Uber is running

Murky Waters is worth a stop for bbq. They have live music sometimes too. There aren’t any good bars down there to watch games. Best bet may be Island View Casino sportsbook

Rack House is yummy. Kelly’s Sports Bar is pretty great for game watching.

Everything is in the same 2 block area...try em all, unless it’s just too damn loud to go in.

I'd stop at Chandeleur Brewery and get a flight or 3.

Gulfport is a truck stop. I’d stay home before spending a day there.

The people watching at Kelly’s was unreal for the LSU game I watched there this year. Quality Mississippi cross section. Different universe from the Rack House, and you’ll definitely need a shower between the two if Kelly’s is first.
