Is this list legit? I only question it because I see Bridgeview, Il as one of their venues. I can only assume it's Toyota park they're referring to. And in my opinion thats a small was venue for a band such as Tool (who haven't toured in some while) to be playing. Just weird thats all.

Their shows are technically on point, but they have become predictable and stale. Not worth traveling for anymore

I’ve heard this a number of times. Saw them once, at a club called The Edge in Jax in ‘94. Think I’ll just leave it at that.

They're on my bucket list so I'm going. Black dahlia murder will be a much better show though.

Very odd selection of cities...

I expect to see the big ones start to fall in soon.

Houston, Dallas, Denver, LA, SF

I was wondering that as well. Any shot they come to New Orleans?

No, they're playing the same week in Bham at Zydeco. Haha, I wish they were opening. Not sure the Tool crowd would be in to them though. Slightly different tastes.

That'll be a killer week. TBDM on Tuesday, Tool on Thursday.

Maynard's refusal to be a frontman takes away from the fun of the show.

The way I understood it was he purposefully does not want to take away from what his vision of what the show is about. By being in stage front. iirc he has even said in he is not a "front-man" he's a narrator or story seller, something like that.

I will be finishing my last exam at UGA on Tuesday, May 7 around 3, and then I will be hauling arse westward to make the Birmingham show.

In the week leading up to the show, I’m looking to catch Judas Priest, Meshuggah, Killswitch Engage, and Riverside as well.

Wow Dave Matthew’s playing on the same day already here in Birmingham, what are the odds of that. Already got DMB tickets so you know where I’ll be

Even if you paid me, there’s no way in hell that I’d opt for Dave Matthews over Tool.

How are they shows

I haven't seen them since 2001, but it was one of the most boring concerts I've ever attended.

I was at the BR Lateralus show front center, amazing that opened with cold & ugly and they played H and third eye.

Seen them a good bit and that show is by far my favorite

The whole ticket-buying process today left me with the same conclusion as always...frick Ticketmaster.

You mean you don't like buying a $100 ticket and then seeing your total come out to $175 due to made up fees?
