I visit a tech forum that is overwhelmingly liberal and if someone says "both sides" they say the same thing. It seems neither the right nor the left likes to admit the shite stinks all around.

I've noticed the MSB is pretty leftist. The Soccer Board is pretty far left also.
I mostly only go to the OT for the wrestling threads so my perspective is probably skewed.
Seems like the Health/Fitness Board is mostly OK. I don't see many HAES threads.

OT is still pretty conservative. It has a few young, ignorant, idealized liberals there, but they are far from the majority. The people there pay way less attention to politics than we do and largely are more moderate than most of us.
