Make Dabo say no

The first call absolutely should be Dabo Swinney.
With his success on building and growing the Clemson program into a juggernaut, he has proven to be the most ELITE coach besides Saban in the country.
(Also is 2-2 against Saban all time)
With the level Clemson has recruited and been consistently good with top Quarterbacks and stars all over the field, Dabo would feast in Louisiana and the crop of talent the south has to offer.
Combine this with gold mine that we are as a program and the opportunity that this University gives, it would be hard for him to simply say “No”.
With Clemson having this off year, it is the perfect chance to sweep in and take Dabo to the real Death Valley and have him join the SEC as it continues to be the best conference in all of football.
Let’s see if money talks.

gross. frick no. That's an Ed Orgeron hire all over again. A rah rah guy who doesn't excel on either side of the ball and requires top notch coordinators.

Sort of, but Dabo has been blessed to have an elite DC never care to leave.
Would Venables come with him? If so, sign me up! Immediately. He is so dang lucky.

Says who?
He is Bama's next coach. If he ever came to LSU, he would eventually leave for the Bama job.

Dabo would stay here a few years and then when Saban finally retires, he would leave for home, being Alabama where he played. No thanks!
