Anybody know why West Monroe LA has 2 Chic-fil-A’s next door to each other?

Why not have 5? There’s lines wrapped around both. Why doesn’t every CFA location stack multiple locations on top Of each other? I get that it’s working. It’s still weird.

did you not notice the fact there's a canes, kfc and popeyes literally also on top of the 2 CFAs?
there's demographic targeting at work here...

The smaller one was there first for years and is strictly a drive through (similar to most Rally’s) It basically picks up all traffic leaving the Walmart. As you know, small towns revolve around the Walmart.
Randomly another guy came in and built the second one and they both stayed open and they both stay slammed.

Apparently you don't understand how franchises work, If thats all you have to is "came in" and build West Monroe would have 6.
Also West Monroe has 2 Waffle House eateries within a 4 minute walk. Interesting.

Just looked it up. Never seen that.
Fun side note, there is a KFC next to a Popeyes across the street. Both of those next to a Canes. Also a waffle house on each side of the interstate right there a quarter mile apart.

I didn't believe it, google mapped it. It's real. If they are both packed, they are both profiting. It's true, The free market will dictate how many they need.
