If the Dem voting bill passes there is no point to having a Republic

It will ensure every election is conducted like November 2020 or the Cali recall. With the federal government being able to step in and tamper with the people’s vote if they deem necessary.
State sovereignty is the glue that holds the Republic together. Without it we are not a country. It’s time to end this experiment and start the break up

Like the last election, State legislature controls elections, not that it can beat the filibuster, but the Supremes should 9-0 it pretty quick

Rush (RIP) said the #1 thing democrats hated the most was elections. He said democrats viewed it as beneath them to have to campaign for votes. He said democrats felt entitled to their seats and shouldn't have to be approved by the unwashed masses.
However he also said democrats know that any policy passed must appear as if it truly was the will of the people. So he said that democrats will find ways to rig elections while making it seem like the election was true and honest.

Republicans are losers. They will NEVER be able to break even a small part of a state off of the USA. Democrats will simply say "no" and use all the institutions against anyone that supports secession. IRS, FBI, NSA, social media, corporations, etc.

Man, It’s just so hard to believe we wouldn’t even get a last shot to save our country. That our republic would just go out with a whimper.
Wouldn’t the good Lord at least allow us a fighting chance?

Needs to overcome filibuster, doubtful it does, so they would need to go extreme

Part of the bill would not hold up in the Supreme Court.

At most can only apply to congressional races under a wide view of the constitution.

I wouldn’t have thought a rigged presidential election would hold up either.

You know the old saying -
Those that can, do; those that can’t, teach; those that choose to sit around with their head up their arse while retarded pussies take the whole show over, are conservatives.

The sad truth is we’ve already ceased to be a constitutional republic. Congress long ago cast aside its constitutional authority. The judiciary has been laid low by the cancer of activist progressive judges who have no regard for the rule or law or the constitution. Presidents have for the past 20 years increasingly gained power though their control of the bureaucracy, oftentimes with the blessing of congress.
And now we have President* Biden the puppet who is the culmination of a decades long slide away from a constitutional republic to a one party totalitarian state. Biden is now a de facto dictator who governs by decree, using the unelected bureaucracy paying the role of enforcers. The United States of America as we’ve known it our whole lives, founded in 1776, governed by a constitution since 1788, no longer exists.

This !! EXACTLY ! Y’all are putting way to much faith in the courts to do the right thing . If they didn’t do it for a unconstitutional election , why do we think they will do it now ?

Might as well go ahead and let the country die. We’ve been on borrowed time.
The Egyptians fell
The romans fell
The Monguls fell
The British empire fell
The French empire fell
The Russians fell
It’s time for USA to fall
Every great society fails usually around 200 years and the USA been going since 1776 or 245 years

Like the last election, the State legislatures, mainly in that handful swing states, "lost" control of their elections & the mail-in/dropbox frenzy was on.

Seems to me that we are already in the post constitutional era.
