Anyone have any good challenge suggestions for March? I’ve done a few different challenges over the past few years. I seem to need that extra motivation to stay on track. Here are the ones I’ve completed:

10k push ups in a month (3 different times)

3k pull ups/ 6k push ups/9 k air squats in a month

1 month of 100 pull ups/200 push ups/300 air squats and 3 miles every day

1 month of 100 pull ups/200 push ups/300 air squats and 100 burpees every day

Or if you guys have good 3 month plan to get on, I may try and stick to that. I’ve run, lifted, cross fitted, did a half ironman, few Spartan races, ect. I’m pretty versatile and would try anything. Currently 187 at 5’10. My only thing is that I’d like to stay flexible for my golf game.

I'm challenging myself to never use my hands to sit down or stand up for the entire month except to make sure I don't sit down in my dick when taking a shite.

I should effective get an additional 30-50 body weight squats a day just getting up from my chair and sitting back down after doing whatever.

My glutes are gonna be lit.

Get to around 180lbs. Get more ripped, but also stay flexible for golf. Look good with shirt off.

A good challenge would be only water to drink for the month.

Would be a good one, would want to pair with a muscle challenge though.

Pick out 12 exercises (think pull-up, push-up, bar squats, etc).
Perform 500 reps each

93 miles bike
60k row
60 min Plank
500k steps

I fell just short in January

For squats I used 135
Lunges 40#
Deadlift 135
Bench 135
Dips 20#

You decide how much weight. Don't have to be traditional exercises either.

I'm on month 3 of my 2021 challenge and this month I'm adding in 50miles.

Pushups, situps, airsquats and calf raises: 2021 reps of each, per month. I track them daily, to include the date I hit 2021 and the amount of reps over at the end of the month. I've doing this in conjunction with some normal weight stuff.

I’ve been doing 150-250 kettlebell swings a day after each workout. Had some knots in my back for a few days.
