The Americans - garage scene in the series finale (easily one of the greatest scenes in TV history).

Six Feet Under- Final Scene where she drives away and sees how all of the main characters die. Just a perfect ending. I will still watch it on YouTube from time to time.

Scrubs- So many scenes that are always perfectly punctuated with early 2000 emo pop songs. Like This or This or This or This or This

We could also do a separate list of scenes you remember but never want to watch again. I put the red wedding scene in this category. I was a book reader so I knew what was going to happen but watching it come to life on the screen was hard to watch and I have never watched that scene again, even though I have completed a full series rewatch.

So many great scenes from Breaking Bad, but for some reason, the 1st one that always comes to my mind is the lab destruction scene.

In Homeland the episodes when the IT/electronics civilian Max was in Afghanistan with the soldiers. He wants to go home more than anything, but they tell him how nobody has died since he's been there, and he's good luck for them. He is told he can leave, is packed and walks out the door to get in a chopper, but he doesn't because the soldiers get real bummed out about him leaving. That moment when he turns around and comes back into their quarters gets me every time.
