Frasier- scene where his now Jewish girlfriend has her mother over. A typical sitcom comedy of errors trying to hide their Christmas decorations as well as a final "JESUS CHRIST!" as Niles comes walking in dressed for the Christmas play
Wilfred - the first interaction between Ryan and Wilfred. Basically the first 10 minutes of it is setup so well.

Dexter Season 2: Doax finding out who Dexter was and his subsequent death and accusation that he was the Bay Harbor Butcher. I actually felt bad for the man.
