Not to mention they could've run much more time off the clock. I saw 2 plays where they snapped the ball with ~10 seconds on the clock.

Cincy's O needed a game winning first. They blew this game.
Even if they just run on 3rd down with no TOs for UGA, they likely win without getting the first.
