They thought it was a stinger but it's much worse. He was already injured but reinjured it badly against LA.

well that must haver been the backup center that got hurt in sunday night or monday nights game.
i was at a friends house and caught the last few minutes of the game just in time to see their center go out with injury and then brady throws a pick to lose the game

Shipley is the backup. He was starting because they moved Jensen, the one with the sweaty arse that Brady complains about, to guard with Marpet out.
