I have joint pain in my fingers. What works (so far) is to wear the fingertip-less gloves all night long. The warmth makes a major difference.

What I've bought is called "Winter Half Finger Gloves Knitted Fingerless Mittens Warm Stretchy Gloves for Men and Women" without endorsing a particular import.

When I'm working I wear the fingerless copper compression gloves with the velcro wrist straps. I don't buy into the copper part, but I like them because they don't stretch out nearly as quickly as other types.

Anytime I do anything that involves working with my hands, I wear them.

You may actually have Gout.

Get your Uric Acid levels checked.

Lay off the beer, red meat and crawfish. Take Black cherry extract and drink plenty of water.

Get off the Methotrexate before it kills you and start Enbrel.

I have been on Enbrel for 15 years, it is a wonder drug with zero side effects.

Plus it can protect you from the Corona Storm.

I’m on Enbrel. How does it protect you from Covid?

If you cease to use our Lord’s name in vein, you will find better results.

Arthritis can be a bitch many times in the hands. When mine get locked up, it’s legit pain.

Just an update: the thc/cbd cream is surprisingly effective. I was a bit skeptical but I would definitely recommend if you're able to buy some. I'm using this brand. It was $20 and seems to be enough for several months at least :

TRy Voltaren 2.3%. Started getting it in Mexico several years ago OTC. Now available in the states but need an RX for the 2.3. Very good topical analgesic.

I see Dr in lafayette, he put me on Actemera and it helps a lot. I also use OTC creams like Voltran or Biogel. GL

I had horrible joint pain in many places starting about 15 years ago. I started taking liquid glucosamine chondroitin and within 2-3 weeks I felt worlds better. It may not work for you but I know it works for me. At times when I stopped for a while the pain came back. It’s worth a shot IMO
