Disregard the team beside the name it's a projection not based on anything but speculation (like everything ). LSU is in great position for these prospects.

Mondon is 100 percent to UGA on 24/7 but otherwise that looks very possible and would be an amazing class for LSU.

Maybe someone with a better feel can comment, but Auburn pulling so much top talent with a coach that seems to be on the hot seat every year makes you scratch your head. I guess because they beat Bama occasionally?

Auburn has been the insider opinion since the summer.

I would much rather he go to Auburn than Bama. If Wiggins is solid and we land Ryan, that is a top-notch, if small, DB class. However other positions need youngsters and depth more, especially the D-line. ETA: Gee will also be in as a SS although some people here have mentioned maybe moving up to linebacker.

Many times, I'd say most times, it's more about the position coach than the head coach.

The head coach (and his as well as school's rep/perception) is what gets you in the door. It's the position coach that really seals the deal.

And Steele is much respected. They are pretty regularly putting D players in the NFL. That would be my explanation... at least on the defensive side of the ball.

Gus Malzhan has been on the same crazy cycle at Auburn since he got there. He’ll lose a ton of games and piss off the fan base, then right around the time they’re ready to run him off, he fricks around and beats Nick Saban and they extend him for another 5 years.

We have to win all the games we are supposed to win this year (I think that's everyone but bama). Probably convincingly and then keep the bama game close. And I think this could for real happen. Im actually nervous about sage Smith and Thomas the most I feel like they should be locks and formed leigh should be the icing on the cake to push it over top.

No getting around what our teams have been lacking recently are the day zero lock down OT and SDE.

He's Auburn all the way! Around the state, he's been considered an Auburn lock for several months.

Bama already has the number 1 class at the moment, with 304.17 points per 247. For reference, if we closed the cycle by pulling in Tristan Leigh, Maason Smith, Sage Ryan, and Brian Thomas Jr. but losing out on Foreman, we'd come in at 302.51. If we managed to pull foreman as well, we'd be at 309.49
