So, Palmetto State Arms who just last week was trying to purchase bankrupt Remington's ammunition division Wall Street Journal supposedly sent out an email to employees here in SC that they would be discontinuing all ammunition sales. I am not sure what this means, but my tinfoil hat may need some adjusting.

There's no need for a rumor here. Either there was an email sent out or not. Why doesn't someone just publish the email?

I would assume that is the only branch of Rem that makes money. And Barnes makes some damn good bullets.
If you could get the rights to the 870, 1100, 700 and model 7 and produce them with quality you would be printing money. Can not understand how you have arguably two of the greatest designs ever and frick it all up.

Maybe they meant they were discontinuing ammo sales until they competed the purchase and then will only sell Remington ammo
