This is not technically within Title IX; the text of the statute is rather short. The Obama/Biden administration directed the regulatory bodies that oversee the Act to enforce these principals.

The Federal Government is BS. New York makes all the money. But let’s make sure we have Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama. States that loose hundreds of millions a year. A true millennial business model.
