The fact that Taylor Rooks asked him, a 22-year-old black man, after the game “do you think black lives matter?” because he didn’t wear a shirt or kneel for the anthem is so fricking insulting not only to him but everyone with a brain.

The question Rooks asked was interrogational, not as offering Issac a chance to open up and explain what he did.
Rooks flat out asked “ You didn’t kneel during the anthem but you also didn’t wear a black lives matter shirt. Do you believe black lives matter?”
There was no why didn’t you do these two things, instead the jump was made that because he didn’t do these two things, black lives must not matter to you.

I forced myself to read that and I'm not just trying to insult the "writer", I honestly have no idea what the hell he is trying to say. It's like he read Writing Articles for Dummies and just threw some words and phrases together that he thinks sound smart and had no idea what the point of it was.
