You could the Chandeleur Islander. Its $200 a night all inclusive. Fish trout during the day and gig flounders at night. Stay aboard a Lift Boat. You do have to provide transportation there. They do have dingys for you to use.

Have picked up several such groups at the casina, most went from Playa's Gentlemen's Club to the boat. Other than possibly squirrel hunting, October isn't a duck hunting month.

First Cast Charters out of shell Beach. Stay in his camp. Fish two days then hit Nola. No Brainer. 24' wide beam boat will fit 5. Been in it with 4 easy. And he's a great time. Perfect captain for this.

FYI OP the cost and time difference between a tuna type of trip and an inshore trip is substantial.

If the guide has a big enough boat and not everyone cares to have a rod all day long and maybe 1-2 guys will be happy drinking beer at a time then an inshore guide can easily fit 5 on a boat.

Thanks for all y’all’s help, i plan to have this trip hammered down by this weekend. Decided to ask a couple captain my best man is friends with,”what they would suggest we do”. If they say it would be best to do inshore we will just do inshore and try to make up for it by sheer number of catches.
