I have a feeling Carl Pelini will be an analyst soon
since Youngstown hired a Cincy asst for that job
Most of the defensive analysts were Aranda hand picked

gotta give saban/bama kudos for being innovative and at the forefront of the analyst movement.
LSU certainly was at a disadvantage until they decided to follow suit, and it's paid massive dividends.
