O's strength is recruiting and bringing on great coaches. Woodward has been called the best in the business.
None of us had ever heard of Joe Brady before he came to LSU. I expect great hires for D-Cord and Brady's replacement.Just sit back and let it play out.

We just won a NC and LSU has deep pockets.

I think he’s earned it folks. I’m not worried.

We needed to keep Coach Munoz but no way he was going to pass up a named position at a power 5 school if O was only going to promote him to passing game coordinator

Who knows, maybe we will see him again down the road!

O's definitely earned the trust.

I really think it'll all work out better than anyone expects.

I also sense he is looking deep into untapped NFL talent for innovative approaches.

He's going to be Baylors WR coach, not OC.

Why? What specifically do you think he was so good at? Seems like the people parroting this don’t know why they feel this way, they just saw it on the rant so they repeat it in every post they make on the subject

He was hired as WR coach/PGC.

Going to be funny in 10 years when we are talking about O’s coaching tree.

I agree with your first two points, he’s earned our trust at this point.

The last one is something that’s stood out to me lately too. We’re running a true NFL caliber offense and there’s precedent already for poaching the league with Brady. I think other asst coaches are going to take notice of this and it’s going to open opportunities, just look how it worked out for Joe.

O has tons of connections around the league too so he’s more in the know on up and coming guys that we have no idea of I’m sure. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s taken a little while because he’s vetting candidates that were on playoff teams either. Idk if he has connections there, but I have to think there could be someone on like the Ravens or Chiefs staff that could transition nicely and improve their standing just like Brady. Or many other teams.

I trust coach O. Woody not so much. He hired a drunk at Washington and a non discipline Jimbeaux to of course a 75M guaranteed contract. Oh, I forgot he has so many political connections.

Those melting about the coaches leaving are failing to realize it's the product of the great season, product on the field that the coaches helped the players excel at and the phenomenal numbers put up on offense along with timing of an open coaching position that Aranda was willing to leave for. There will be good coaches to replace the coaching vacancies, people need to calm down.

I trust them. But, I think they are moving a bit slower than they should. I suspected the national championship, and the toll it took from a time standpoint (even the celebration) has them behind.

I think we are seeing it both in the hiring department and the recruiting department.

how could you possibly have any idea if it's slow or not. You would have to be inside a circle of about 5 people to know if it's slow or not. two weeks from now couldn't realistically be called too slow.
