Warford is old

He'll be 29 next season, not really that old for a G.

The Saints must go OLine

***Austin Jackson (could be a franchise left tackle) USC
Tristan Wirfs - Iowa
Jedrick Wills - Bama
***Prince Tega Wanogho (can play the left tackle) - Auburn

Both these guys will be gone...
Andrew Thomas - Georgia
Mekhi Becton - Louisville

Tega isn't gonna play at the Senior Bowl this week due to some knee swelljng. He's gonna do the interviews and weigh in and what not though.

did you watch the Minnesota game????? you can’t honestly say that Peat and Easton are starting material at LG. we need someone who can actually pass block on a weekly basis

One game doesn't say the line is horrible. They were graded high all year. Our inept QB and play calling doesn't help. It made us predictable and the coaching made zero adjustments.

Avg 5.6 yds per carry with great OL blocking and the coach chooses to pass the ball.....

San Francisco QB passed 8 times, the coach saw that the run game was working and stuck with it.....

Kubiak did the same thing during Peyton's last year in Denver....

To be fair, San Fran built a huge lead with the run game and just stayed committed to it.

That being said I still wish we ran it more, but it's a different situation.

Biggest need? For Payton and the front office to realize Brees is not capable of carrying this team in the playoffs and that the contracts and personnel moves need to be tailored accordingly.

I remember when Peyton Manning looked bad against Seattle in the Super Bowl. I wonder what happened after that?

Rankins may not be here much longer? lol. Pretty laughable. Onyemata is most likely gone.

Corner, WR, OL, DL, LB. Corner and WR are truly the only real "needs". We have decent oline depth and dline depth but we will lose Peat and Onyemata this offseason so we will need to add some more depth. Still not a bigger need than corner and wr.

I don’t see how linebacker isn’t a need.

Here are the linebackers currently on the roster.

Davis
Alonso (torn acl)
Robertson
Chasen Hines
Anzalone (ended season on IR. Again)
K. Elliss (has potential)

Resign Klein? Sure. But it would be nice to have a young playmaking linebacker next to Davis especially with Davis on the wrong side of 30.

I'd be surprised if we let Onymata get away. He's been solid, especially in a position at DT where many times it takes 4-5 years before a player starts to hit their prime. Hopefully we learned from Hicks to not give up on a DT too early.
