So, is the right move to try to time the top end today and cash out or keep it riding?

amateur predictions on ST are all over the place... some expecting profit-taking at the bell, others expecting shorts to try and cover all the way up to $7

seeing $8, $9, etc. being floated around... should be pretty tough to predict the top today

ETA: Also, they still have cash issues coming up quick on the horizon.. so if they reject this offer, I can't imagine the share price reacting favorably this time

interesting action so far...

someone says the company is worth $7 and the market is valuing it at $4.75

not inspiring much confidence

they'll be out of cash in next few months the way they burn it if they dont get bought.

their potential pipeline is huge management of the business is pretty meh

only made it to 4.76 seems like a decent payoff if they donut frick up this acquisition too. 7 a share seems pretty reasonable to me.

not sure if anyone else saw this, but this seems to be the reasoning behind the freefall today

did i read thre offering right?

they paid a little over 7 but everything overbnblike 1.40 was given to them as convertible debt?

seems 7 is around their number as well then. whrn i value them i get right around the buyout price. 7.22 a share is pretty fair prixe for thfreeir potential revenue. problem is they have debt problems so its really lower than this.

this thibg to me is so opposite auph. the management sucks, buried in debt with weak cash position.

im stsying away from it. best thing from this stock has been thst it validates my biotech value calcs with their buyout offer pricing.

the product pipeline seems to be there, but it really feels like Patrick Moon-whatever is actively trying to stall these guys until they run out of cash

if they can walk it down to near 3.60, I might jump back in

I really like AUPH and bought it as an investment. Still holding after selling half at 20. SRNE scares me but I did make a trade for a nice profit. I bought RCEL instead and trying to decide whether to hold for an investment or sell for a nice profit I have now. Any thoughts on RCEL from anyone?

SRNE boards remind me so much of CBAY.. everyone so positive that this thing is going to double, triple, and beyond....

Then negative results, another stock offering, rejected buyout, etc.

It's crazy

554.21 M is a lot of debt. Especially when I think their value right now I think is 7.22 a share. long term liabilities makes up $3.32 per share

which puts their price around 3.90 per share which is what the market thinks their worth even if other company wants to pay 7. they need to take the money but i'm not sure they will.
