Damn, was the game on TV somewhere? I missed it. How did we look? What about watford, Manning, etc...all the new guys? We still bootin' up or wha?

Just getting home from the game.
Watford will be ridiculously good by the end of the season. His athleticism is far ahead of his basketball IQ right now.
Emmitt could be all SEC.
I’m a bit worried about our ball handling when pressed.
Good to see the guards rebounding so well.
Wade was pretty much letting them play tonight. Not many sets or off ball screens. He knows what he’s doing.

Days staying out of foul trouble is going to be huge for us this year.
Would like to see Manning be more of a threat on offense, but love his defense and effort. Can definitely see why the staff loves him.

Just got home myself. We had good hustle but a lot of balls didn't bounce our way. I didn't see a lot of motion offense as was advertised. I know we won, but it wasn't pretty in my opinion. Listening to Coach Wade and Coach Brady on the way home, I felt like they were watching a different game than me. They pointed to 'some inconsistencies' and that they need to play better if they're going to beat VCU on Wednesday -- and they're right. Don't get me wrong because you can definitely see the talent and I think they'll pull it together and gel. First home game jitters? I don't know...but they got it done.

Holy shite is Watford the worst 5 star I have ever seen in person. Do not give me that "he will grow into himself" shite. This is 2019 and not 1989. You better be ready or you're not. I watched Naz Reid light up 30 in his 1st collegiate game.
Watford is half the reason I renewed my tix after a terrible March on our campus. I fully support him, but I saw very little separation between him and a Manning, e.g.
The kid was tentative. 5 star players should dominate against Bowling Green...even with their 2 offensive tackles for posts.

Manning looked solid. Played great defense from what I could tell. He had some decent looks on offense that didn’t fall.

I'm from NC, so I grew up around basketball. My teachers used to bring TVs into class in March, so we could watch the ACC tournament. Glad it's November and basketball season is under way!
