There are two permissible reasons to order a beer on tour:
1. If a non-alcoholic root beer is ordered, symbolized here with
2. You develop delirium tremens, in which case alcohol may be administered while you await transfer to a local hospital.
All other alcohol consumption is prohibited. Beside the obvious moral reason is the insurance is significantly higher for tours that allow alcohol to be consumed.
Thank you for your questions. I look forward to seeing you on tour.

Reading the comments, I don't think some of these posters know your posting history.

You didn't answer my question. What happens if say a stop on the tour has an oyster poorboy selected as their poorboy of the day, and a person on tour is allergic.
How would you handle that situation?

Or God forbid...a gluten allergy which now affects 50% of this generations youth.

Not a F&D regular but this seems like a great idea. I too would limit the number seeing that a large crowd might be fringed upon by the establishments you are considering because of seating. And why not let people order a beer or drink while tasting the Po-Boys? It sure would help the stores you visit with their bottom line. It's not like your gonna be sitting there for hours doin shots. Also I would think a variety of sandwiches cut in small pieces (4") or even smaller so as to please anyone with allergies or whatever to avoid. Have a assortment meat, seafood, even a veggie ready when your tour arrives. Good luck, let us know and I will pass the word. Would someone give info of his past posts? In a short snippet.
