Amazon Prime Video question?

Hoping someone can help me out here?
Running a fireTV. On the embedded app some of the selections will say watch now with prime, others will say watch with free 30 day trial. I’m already logged in, and pushing the free trial button does nothing? Never happened before. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I think ive seen that glitch before. It will ask you to pay for shows that are usually free.

Happening to me right now with the fire stick.
I reset it and it cleared some of them up, but not all. Not sure what the deal is.

I'm getting that error on TV shows that are also on Hulu. I have an active Hulu subscription too so it shouldn't be an issue. Something must be broken.

Did the same thing to me. I was trying to watch the Spawn animated series and it kept asking me for a free trial, yet some shows I could just watch no problem. I rebooted the fire tv and now it’s vice versa on the shows it will allow me to watch.

I have the fire tv and it does that crap all the time it seems. Log out and then back in. It’s a pita but it’s the only thing I could figure out.

A quick look online and that seems to be the thing most folks do when this happens to them.

My daughter signed up on my new TV before I had a chance to. So when the 30 day trial ended, it would not let me log in. Finally, I realize I had to de-authorize the account and it started over and let me log in.

Not to knock a FireTV, but do you have an XBox or PS4 on the same TV? The Amazon Prime app on our XBox One runs great.

Same thing happened to me. I unplugged power and plugged back in... worked fine after that
