Congrats, LBT!! That is awesome!

Today is 4 weeks since I started. I’m down 12 lbs, and have been stable for a week or so (normal for me to lose in waves). Keto has been so easy this time. No cravings, no desire to exceed 20 carbs, hitting my protein goal, being moderate with fat, staying under my calories, tracking everything. I haven’t had a migraine in a few weeks, either, which is amazing on its own.

Check in day. I've been sick with something the kid brought home from daycare so activity has been way down and taking meds that have caused me to bloat up a bit. I was very compliant with macros. Average weight was 252 which is technically a gain, but my bf% went down. Avatar says I lost .4lb of fat.. whatever. Today I woke up not feeling like I got run over so that's a victory. Assuming that continues activity will go back up and hopefully I get below 250.

Awesome job, Hulk!!

I’m still going strong on keto. Down 16 lbs in 6 weeks, and only one migraine in that period. Yay! I am still amazed by how unbelievably easy it’s been this time.

I can definitely still stand to lose more, so I’m going to keep going til I’m happy & see where my weight settles.

198.6 today... wow

Going to keep going down. Pretty certain I'll still look like shite until I put a ton of mass on my back.

I know someone that truly eats like that. ADHD so he has a scrip for adderall and he eats like shite but stays skinny because he just only eats once a day basically.

Vyvanse got me this far; now I have to actually put in work for the last of the weight. Thank god for Rebel ice cream.

Rebel was good the first time I had it. Tastes like shite ever since tbh lol.

I have me some custard from Andy’s every now and then. Blows the mind.

ETA: my friend actually sent me that gif and asked me if this was my typical diet, but swapping the chicken sandwich for halo top

I have a vyvanse prescription. Worked like magic for a while when I first got it after I was binging 7 days a week.

They changed the formula recently to make it less sweet. It’s not as good, but still does the job for me.

I don’t really crave anything anymore. It’s weird, but welcome.

I wish that was the case with me.

If I’m bored at night that urge to get ice cream is wild.

Hi folks.

I have about a month and a half left of one full year of weight training on top of weight loss.

I started October 14, 2018 at 294 lbs. As of this morning, I'm at 228. I think my goal will be 214 by October 14, 2019 to make it an even 80 lbs for the year.

This month and a half is going to sucks arse

Amazing work.

Have you taken any break/maintenance periods? A good 8 or 12 week maintenance period makes things so much easier mentally when it's time to lose weight again
