I’m assuming Missouri players are used to playing in it..

Well the turf/weather injured at least 3 of our starters so I’m saying it was bigly. That shite should be outlawed. If you can’t afford dirt you don’t deserve a baseball team

If I’m not mistaken, Mississippi State has turft and they took 2/3 from them.

Stop with the excuses. This team is the epitome of inconsistent.

You’re definitely mistaken. State is much better than that to put turn in the infield.

Texas had turf. Turf is terrible. It very likely contributed some to the performance, though not necessarily all that drastically, at least as far as performance goes. We lost 3 players to injury that it could be argued we're turf related, though it's also hard to say so with any real authority.

Loosing 3 key players absolutely had a significant effect. Losing your Friday night starter in the first inning is pretty killer and affected our pitching going forward. Loosing two of our top contributors also hurts offensive production.

Missouri isn't a bad team, but they aren't as good as the results would suggest. If this is a home series we probably sweep easily. We had a lot of shite luck and didn't play well on top of that. Combining that with playing away and we're lucky we didn't get swept.

Very little, we got schooled in every aspect of baseball these last 2 days...

Playing
Pitching
Hitting
Coaching
Everything

The field and weather had nothing to do with it.

State has a turf batters box and foul territory. Grass inside the foul lines, dirt pitchers mound and infield.

Did the turf/weather injure 3 of our players? Has that been determined or speculation by fans? How many Missouri players were injured? Is it possible that these injuries just happened? It is sports and players do get hurt. Maybe the players were not properly warmed up or staying warmed up and loose that resulted in the injuries.
