Stopped to eat lunch at a Mexican joint today...I swear...I think I heard some strange translation of this song into Spanish.
Now...I hated this stupid song in the 80s...I may have been the only person in South La that hated it.
The Spanish version is not any more enjoyable...if indeed that is what it was.

Yep, there’s a lot of Mexican covers of country songs. I know a Mexican girl who didn’t realize their version of “Achy Breaky Heart” wasn’t the original until she went to college
