Not accurate. The owners split the business up with Steven taking the City Pork locations and his partner running with the Southfin place. From everything I have been told, they were just interested in different things and split it all up for that reason.

Heard that what I assume is the guy who still owns it wanted to start pinching pennies and that Andres didn't want any part in it. Basically said he wanted to start using cheaper product/meat to make more money.
I've had several interactions with Ryan through some different events and he seems like a solid dude.
For the record, I heard this through someone who is in the business locally.
