Why is there only the one pic with his eyes closed being circulated?

This seems very odd to me.
Heck, even with foreign attacks there are usually many photos circulated of the perp just a few hours after they are identified.
Is there literally ONE picture of this dude?
Just seems odd or the media is lazy as hell and hasn't found any.
Edit: I found one other one that appears to have been taken several years ago before his hair and beard turned gray.
